With over 15 years in the UK tennis industry, my journey began on the courts as a performance player. Having worked with some of the country's leading clubs, I saw first-hand the disconnect between ambitious coaching talent and the clubs in desperate need of reliable, professional staff.
Tennis Connect was born out of a desire to streamline club recruitment and elevate the standard of tennis coaching in the UK. My experience in club management allowed me to understand exactly what committees look for, while my background as a coach ensures we truly advocate for the professionals on our network. Today, we are proud to be the missing link that helps UK tennis communities thrive.

How long does the matching process take?
Our team reviews all submissions within 48 hours. Once a match is confirmed, we provide a direct link for both parties to initiate the formal agreement process.
Are there any fees for the service?
Tennis Connect is a professional recruitment network. At the moment we provide our services free of charge to both coaches and clubs to ensure a transparent and collaborative experience.
What happens after a match is confirmed?
Once a match is confirmed, we facilitate the transfer of all necessary documentation and provide a direct channel for communication between the coach and club.
